- Other
We are open to gaming in other
periods as well. Most of our figures are in 15mm
scale.
- Recent Events
We will soon begin a
Napoleonic campaign set in 1813. Previously, we had an AWI campaign set
in 1778 New Jersey, a Napoleonic campaign set in Russia and a Napoleonic
campaign set in Spain.
- Method of Play
The campaign is controlled by a
Game Master who plots the locations of all units on a map and informs
the commanders of each side when intelligence is gathered and units come
into contact. Each side commander keeps track of his and enemy troops on
his own map based on information from the Game Master. This simulates
the fog of war. Battles are fought out on the table when indicated by
the circumstances of the campaign. Losses and attrition are tracked by
the Game Master and communicated to the side commanders.
- Our Members
Our members have a wide variety of
gaming experience. Some of us have been in the hobby since the 60's
while others are relative newcomers. We welcome any and all serious
gamers.
